Faulty goods

If something you bought from us is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it under the Australian Consumer Law. Bring it back to the shop or contact us with your proof of purchase.

Change of mind

We don't give refunds for change of mind. An exchange may be possible at the shop's discretion: bring the item back unused, in its original condition, with your proof of purchase.
